Born and raised in Kolkata, India, Gary built his foundation in problem-solving and analytical thinking early in life. He moved to the United States to pursue graduate studies in chemical engineering, earning a master’s degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology after completing his undergraduate education at Jadavpur University. He began his career at a manufacturing firm in New Jersey, where his innovative contributions earned formal recognition, including a U.S. patent.
After starting and running his own business, Gary developed a deep appreciation for disciplined planning, cash flow management, and long-term strategy—experience that continues to inform his work as an advisor. He entered wealth management in 2012 and spent more than a decade advising clients at nationally respected firms before co-founding Adson Wealth Partners to deliver more personalized, values-driven guidance.
